Human-Conputer Interaction

Aiming at constructing ideal relationship between human beings and modern technologies, our Energy and Information laboratory has been tackling researches on human-centered information and communication technologies from the viewpoint of human-computer interation. Through these activities, we have been promoting researches to solve global environment and energy problems, and have been developing talented human resources.

  • Objective and quantitative evaluation method for intellectual concentration
  • Estimation of intellectual workload by using physiological indices
  • Application of augmented reality for NPP maintenance and decommissioning work
  • Tracking and relocation technique for augmented reality for NPP field work
  • Promotion of intercultural communication using a digital signage 
  • Information providing technique for foreign visitors to Japan, etc.
