A new collaborative e-learning system has been under development which spans from group debate until brainstorming. An international debate between the students in China and Japan was conducted on the theme of global warming prevention by the developed debate support system, and the result was reflected to the designing of functional expansion towards brainstorming for creating new ideas to overcome various social issues in the modern society.
