Abstract


An e- learning experiment by the combination of debate and brainstorming had been conducted for young generations on how to cope with a social dilemma of final disposal of high level radioactive waste. The students participated in the experimental education were all enjoyed with saying that they learned much by the debate discussion and brainstorming with each other. This way of collaborative e-learning would be effective not only for the risk communication on HLW disposal issue but also useful method for improving the interest and critical thinking of young generation to the social subjects on science and technology.
