Although a problem on high level radioactive waste disposal is very important in Japan, public recognition and acceptance are not adequate. The target of this study is an online risk communication method via the Internet on high level radioactive waste disposal. First, a risk communication on high level radioactive waste disposal and online risk communication method are considered. Then, an evaluation method on affective information presentation is presented. The evaluation parameter is an ocular index; viewpoint, blinking rate and saccade rate. Using the method, time-series tracking of user performance is considered, and user¡Çs interest and concern are analyzed based on the measured data. Finally, how to construct an affective web page is discussed.
