In order to analyze new trends after deregulation of Japanese Natural Gas Market, a semiotic analysis approach based on Multilevel Flow Models and Geographical Information System is pro-posed to construct a graphical system by integrating various statistic data of this market. As a pre-liminary work of this study, this paper simulates supply, transport, distribution and consumption of the Japanese Natural Gas by using Multilevel Flow Models. Then, after evaluating some ordinary statistic data of Japanese Natural Gas Market since the beginning of the deregulation and consider-ing the technique advancement in this market, some primary and immature analysis works have been carried out to start the whole proposed study.
