Abstract


Recently, various work information suggesting systems (WISS) which suggest appropriate information, like a next work process, in each situation to workers are developed for reducing human errors and improving the productivity of novice workers in the scene of trade works, for instance ``Cell Manufacturing\¡Ç\¡Ç,``Machine Mentenance Work\¡Ç\¡Ç and so on. By introducing such a system, however, as long-term effect, it might be occurred to decline the competitiveness of industries because it might be an obstacle to a worker\¡Çs getting expertise and might decrease work morale for being made to follow suggested information irresistibly as a robot. It is considered, however, that WISS would contribute to reduce the cost for managing organizations of trade works and improve the productivities of them because it could support to a cognitive aspect of the worker to practice actual work and could realize smooth management if those would be used effectively. Therefore, in this paper, firstly, the requirements for constructing a management system for keeping and developing the competitiveness of trade works are arranged based on theories of business administration and psychology, and secondly, guideline for effective use of work information suggesting systems for supporting to construct such a management system is proposed.
