Abstract

This paper presents a new method of constructing machine-maintenance training system using virtual reality technology. The training environment is simulated based on the rigid body dynamics and the computational tasks are parallelized and executed on a PC Cluster. In this paper, the configuration of the proposed method is described such as how to simulate the rigid body dynamics and how to parallelize the computational tasks to simulate the interaction between virtual objects.
