Towards harmony between human and society for the sustainable development of humanity, we had constructed a web site for ``Sym-bio Soceity Formation¡Ç¡Ç as a forum of knowledge sharing and mutual communication. In this paper, we redesigned and reconstructed the web site from the viewpoint of web accessibility and network communication. First, we reconstructed the web site for the improvement of the structure of information, layout, character etc., based on the analysis from the viewpoint of web accessibility. And toward more friendly network communication so that anyone can freely and easily discuss various issues, agent-like communication system have been in troduced. It will be expected that such communication system would remove the psychological barrier for network communication, evocate users¡Ç participation of discussion, and make the discussion active.
